Main Function of the Position: 

To provide efficient and proactive administrative and secretarial support within a property law firm, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

  • Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Legal Secretary / PA you will be supporting the director of the Property & Litigation team.

  • Document Preparation: Drafting, proofreading, and formatting legal documents.
  • Case Management: Organising case files, updating records, and managing litigation management software.
  • Diary and Travel Management: Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.
  • Communicating with clients, lenders, solicitors, ensuring smooth interactions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of court documents and applications
  • General administrative tasks, managing correspondence

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or PA, ideally within property law.
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet when handling confidential information.
