Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.

- Build and manage large budget campaigns across multiple social media platforms, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.

- Utilise analytical tools and data insights to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimisation.

- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand objectives.

- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with followers.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Account Manager or similar role, with a focus on managing large budget campaigns.

- Expertise in optimising and controlling engagement on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Proficiency in utilising analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights.

- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience segmentation and targeting strategies.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and data analysis findings to stakeholders effectively.

- Detail-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and campaign performance tracking.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.
