Your new company
This organisation, based in Altrincham, is seeking a temporary administrator to join their team on a long-term temp basis. Initially, the role will be part-time 3 days a week and then can increase to full-time.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the team with ordering materials and managing supplier communications
- Compiling lists and documents to assist the manager with project planning
- Helping to arrange and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Ensuring all documents are saved correctly and consistently
- Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Ideally from a construction, building services, or electrical background
- Confident using MS Office, especially Excel
- A team player with strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
