Project manager role
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Oversee 2/3 Projects simultaneously - Jobs ranging from £10k - £650k
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure all work complies with building regulations, CDM regulations, and company standards.
- Manage procurement processes, including the selection and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee site activities to ensure quality workmanship, adherence to design specifications, and timely completion.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a project Manager (5+ years)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
CAT A/B office fit-out Experience 5+ Years
