Our client a fast-growing Airbnb and short-term rental management company is seeking a Property Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Managing a stylish portfolio of homes, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and seamless service to property owners. With an expanding portfolio, they now require a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help ensure operations continue running at the highest standard.
The Role:
As the Property Administrator, you will support the operational backbone of the business. Your responsibilities will include managing booking calendars, coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams, assisting guests, and ensuring each property remains in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily booking calendars and reservation updates
Communicate professionally with guests before, during, and after their stay
Schedule and coordinate cleaning teams and maintenance contractors
Support the onboarding process for new properties, including listing management
Monitor property supplies and oversee inventory restocking
Ensure compliance with local short-let regulations
Assist with administrative tasks including invoicing and reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or administration
Knowledge of Airbnb/short-term rental platforms is highly desirable
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using digital booking systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-driven
Flexible availability, with occasional out-of-hours support if needed
Whats on Offer:
Salary circa £26,000 + Benefits.
Working hours Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm
