Are you a high-performing Recruitment Consultant with experience in Nursing, Construction, or Warehouse & Distribution? Were expanding and looking for passionate professionalsto focus on Business Development.

What Youll Do:

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, placing, and nurturing client/candidate relationships
Build and grow a solid client base within your specialist sector
Develop talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and your own networks
Achieve KPIs, drive revenue, and deliver quality results consistently
Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations

What You Bring:

Minimum 12 years of proven success as a Recruitment Consultant (agency side preferred)
Sector experience in Nursing, Construction, Warehouse, or Distribution Recruitment
Confident, target-driven, and resilient with excellent communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A passion for people, placements, and performance
