Customer Account ManagerAltrincham c£27,000

A leading national manufacturer based in the heart of Altrincham have an exciting new vacancy for a proven Customer Service professional.Market leaders in their field, with a combined turnover of £50 million, they have ambitious continued plans for growth and need a further team member to join their team

Liaising with wholesale customers regarding large value orders

Taking details of bulk order details, keeping customers informed of order delays and any faults in products via the supply chain team.

Managing your own set of key accounts, dealing with any queries in a timely manner

Supporting Area management with any stock/ad-hoc reporting

Creating and maintaining product ranges and information on the wholesale web page and IT platforms

Advising customers of new product ranges and sending samples

Attending regular meetings with the Area sales manager to discuss forecasting, dormant and slow-moving stock and any other sales admin requirements.

Assisting sales admin team with order processing when required

** Hybrid working, 3 days in, 2wfh MUST live locally to Altrincham **
