Part-Time Science Teacher - Altrincham Area
Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester
Start Date: September 2025 - July 2026
Working Days: 3 days per week | 8:15am - 3:30pm
Pay: 160+ per day (depending on experience)
A highly reputable secondary school in the Altrincham area is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a part-time position (3 days per week) and will run until July 2026, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right teacher.
The Role:
Deliver high-quality Science lessons from KS3- KS4
Plan and mark work in line with the school's expectations
Foster a positive learning environment and demonstrate strong classroom management
Requirements:
Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Science up to KS4 level
Passion for sciences and a commitment to student progress
Must live locally or within commutable distance to Trafford
