Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Altrincham
Salary: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per year + Bonus Scheme

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent phone etiquette is maintained.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and issues, providing clear and effective communication.
- Process customer payments accurately in our CRM system.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Analyse customer feedback and trends to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations and provide solutions that meet customer expectations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work to deadlines and support team members in achieving common goals.
- An insurance background or other transferable skills is a plus, but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work under pressure.
- A genuine interest in business administration with an aptitude for numbers.
