Quality Assurance Officer (BioTech)

Location: Office based, Alva, Clackmannanshire - FK12 5DQ 
Salary: £28,711 - £33,702 per annum, DOE plus benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

What you’ll be doing:

Your day-to-day will be dynamic, purposeful and full of opportunities to grow. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing documentation for completeness, accuracy and data integrity
• Partnering with sourcing and operations to implement supplier quality requirements
• Maintaining and improving our Quality Management System into a best-in-class framework
• Leading CAPA, change control and non-conformance processes
• Measuring the success of quality initiatives and driving continuous improvement
• Guiding teams with expert advice on quality culture and best practices
• Delivering engaging training sessions on quality processes and mindset
• Providing expert guidance on validation strategy, scope and execution

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified - but driven, detail-oriented and ready to make a difference.

• Minimum three years’ experience in medical devices, pharma or a similarly regulated industry
• Proven success in a Quality Assurance role
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Clear, confident communicator - written and verbal
• Ability to meet deadlines, agile with priorities
• Self-motivated and collaborative.
