Key Supervisor responsibilities:
- Support the retail management team daily
- Lead by example and deliver excellent customer service
- Take responsibility as Supervisor for opening and closing the store
- Assist with visual merchandising and stock standards
- Train and motivate the retail team
About you:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant in retail
- Positive, hands-on and team-focused
- Enjoys working in a busy retail environment
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays
