The responsibilities of the Optical Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet patients on arrival.
- Booking appointments and interacting with patients.
- Managing patient queries and handling payments.
- Performing a variety of administrative duties.
- Assisting the optometrist with clinical tests using the latest equipment and technology.
