Our client, an opticians practice, is seeking an Optical Assistant to join their vibrant and professional team. The Optical Assistant will have the opportunity to learn new skills and grow professionally, while working in a supportive and friendly environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

The responsibilities of the Optical Assistant include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet patients on arrival.
  • Booking appointments and interacting with patients.
  • Managing patient queries and handling payments.
  • Performing a variety of administrative duties.
  • Assisting the optometrist with clinical tests using the latest equipment and technology.

Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes for the Optical Assistant:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
  • Strong IT skills.

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday and Saturday
