Our client is seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to manage and carry out sales & invoicing functions of the business. In this role, you will take and manage orders from the field sales team as well as your own customers, issuing delivery notes and invoices, liaise with the sales and warehouse & logistics team on dispatches and discrepancies as well as handle new enquiries.
Duties:
- Receiving & processing sales orders
- Issuing delivery notes & invoices
- Verifying orders in timely manner and keeping a log to follow up confirmations from customers
- Dealing with customer queries
- Booking in deliveries with customers
- Liaising with warehouse & logistics team to rectify any discrepancies
- Ensure tasks are carried out correctly and on schedule by all office sales support team
- Handling new enquiries in a timely manner
- Supporting office based and field sales team with other administrative tasks
Skills:
Previous experience as a sales administrator.
Good organisational skills.
Good knowledge of Excel & Word
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Dynamics or Lakeview
A team player with a high level of dedication to ensure the job is completed by the end of the day
