We're seeking a thoughtful and experienced Social Media Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of Cytiva's corporate social media presence. What You'll Do:
  • Review, schedule, and publish engaging content across Cytiva's corporate social media channels.
  • Assist in the execution of both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Manage the employee advocacy platform by curating and uploading shareable content.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve channel performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and support campaign initiatives.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Interest or prior experience in biopharma or life sciences is a plus but not essential.
