A fantastic and high-achieving primary school located in the heart of Amersham is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their warm and supportive team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a KS1 Teacher, you will inspire young learners through creative and inclusive teaching, setting high expectations for achievement and behaviour. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver well-planned, high-quality lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Assess and monitor pupil progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs

Build strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and external professionals

Promote outdoor learning and support whole-child development

Actively contribute to staff collaboration and continuous improvement

Hold QTS and have experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 desirable)

Have a strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development

Be a nurturing and reflective practitioner with excellent classroom management
