Step up into Management

Within this position you will undertake a leading lettings role within the branch, providing pivotal support to the rest of the team on a daily basis. The role would be ideal for a Lettings Consultant looking to make the next step in their career or someone currently working in a management role already, but within an environment which is failing to recognise their full potential, provide the necessary training and support required, or limited opportunity to improve earning potential. Salary & BenefitsBasic circa £25,000 per annum (DOE), plus commission and bonuses. Car allowance plus other financial incentives. Realistic OTE circa £40,000 + per annum.
