Clean and sanitise all public areas including halls, meeting rooms, kitchens, and toilets

Regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g. door handles, switches, handrails)

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish hard and soft flooring using appropriate equipment

Empty and dispose of waste and recycling in designated collection points

Maintain exterior areas such as courtyards, bin zones, and entranceways

Clean internal windows, decorative surfaces, and fixtures (e.g. brass, wood, glass)

Prepare rooms for public use, removing litter and reporting hazards (e.g. broken glass)

Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and consumables (e.g. soap, toilet rolls)

Secure premises when required, including alarm setting and keyholder duties
This is based on a 7 day contract with flexi hours, but only required 1 hour per day.
