Materials & Warehouse Assistant
Location: Amesbury
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm | Friday early finish at 1:30pm
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-time

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Materials & Warehouse Assistant to join their busy and collaborative team in Amesbury. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming materials and components.
- Complete goods in/out procedures and maintain accurate ERP records.
- Carry out basic quality inspections and manage quarantined goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare stock for despatch or delivery.
- Support stock control, including cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Deliver materials to production areas and assist with collections as required.
- Operate pallet trucks safely for loading/unloading.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Valid driving licence.
- Warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
