One of our key clients is currently looking for a Quality Manager or a Senior Quality Engineer to join their team. The main responsibility would be to maintain and improve the QMS to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and industry-specific standards (e.g.16949, AS9100).

Further responsibilities would include leading internal and external audits, including customer and certification body audits; ensure document control and records management are effective and up to date; oversee quality control procedures, including incoming raw materials, in-process checks, and final product inspection; collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure quality is built into processes from the start; manage non-conformance investigations and corrective/preventive actions; drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions; lead quality improvement initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and 8D; monitor and report on key quality KPIs and trends; interface with customers on quality-related issues and ensure timely resolution; conduct supplier audits (if required) and manage supplier quality performance; train staff on procedures, quality tools, and standards and promote a culture of quality throughout the organisation.
