Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator with strong experience in CNC milling operations. Turning experience is highly desirable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to perform tasks such as drilling, boring, and cutting.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine machining operations.

Conduct tool changes and machine adjustments as needed to maintain part quality.

Monitor machine operation for accuracy and troubleshoot issues during production.

Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.

Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment in optimal working condition.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements:

Proven experience operating CNC milling machines (minimum X years).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances.

Familiarity with G-code programming and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Siemens).

Basic knowledge of CNC turning operations is a plus.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

High school diploma or technical certification in machining or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CNC turning machines.

Formal training in CNC machining.

Forklift or crane operation certification (if applicable).
