Responsibilities
  • Spearhead quality improvement initiatives in product development and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, specifically within regulated industries such as defence or aerospace, is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and additional certifications like ISO 45001 or AS9100, is desirable.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as APQP, PPAP, and 8D problem-solving, is highly advantageous and will aid in achieving continuous improvement.
  • Holding relevant academic qualifications or possessing significant hands-on experience in quality engineering roles, which is beneficial to successfully deliver in this position.
  • Strong analytical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a proactive approach to teamwork are key traits we value in this role.
