As Purchase Ledger Clerk, you’ll be a key part of a supportive finance team that’s driving change and modernising processes, with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and get involved in projects beyond the day-to-day.This varied, fast-paced role goes far beyond basic data entry. You’ll help keep supplier relationships running smoothly, support process improvements and gain hands-on experience across multiple parts of the business – all while studying for your AAT qualification with full support.What’s in it for you?

Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing a high volume of invoices, automated and manual
  • Preparing payment runs and helping manage approvals
  • Liaising with suppliers and building great working relationships
  • Handling employee expenses and ensuring timely reimbursement
  • Carrying out bank reconciliations and posting cash entries
  • Supporting with basic financial reporting and wider finance projects
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Payable Clerk / Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator / Accounts Administrator
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal teams
