Oversee daily operations of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, security, and general building systems
Manage and coordinate contractors and service providers for maintenance, compliance, and repairs
Lead health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
Develop and manage the facilities budget while tracking energy use, efficiency, and sustainability goals
Plan and deliver capital improvement and refurbishment projects with minimal disruption to business

Key Skills and Experience:
