About the Role
As Chef de Partie, youll take ownership of your section and help deliver high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to great British pub food with a modern twist. Youll be involved in menu preparation, daily service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Manage your section efficiently during service
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Help train and support junior kitchen staff
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- A passion for quality, seasonal ingredients
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
