Executive Assistant Full Time, Permanent Up to £35,000 (depending on expereince)Andover, Hampshire (onsite)Are you seeking a challenging and varied Executive Assistant role with a friendly team of professionals? Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced personal Executive Assistant to provide essential support to a growing business in Andover. As the Executive Assistant, you will assist the Managing Director with various administrative and project lead tasks, manage HR and compliance administration and liaise with external stakeholders.Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Monitor and triage executive communications, responding as needed.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Serve as primary liaison for executive and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
  • Anticipate needs and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Track task completion and ensure timely team deliverables.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Support compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding tasks.

Your Skills & Expereince:

  • Proven Executive/Operational Support experience.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills; effective multitasking.
  • Proactive problem-solver; works independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • High professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
