- Manage the Directors’ mailbox and calendar which will include arranging appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, answering emails, etc.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports and any research ahead of meetings.
- Improve and implement processes.
- Coordinate all internal communications, assist with event management and any company wide meetings.
- Support HR with documentation, compliance and onboarding duties.
- Be the key point of contact for communication/queries.
- Previous experience in a similar role as a PA/EA.
- Strong calendar and inbox management.
- Exceptional organisation, communication and coordination skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
