Sheridan Maine are proud to be working with an Andover based well-established business to recruit an Executive Assistant. This newly created role reports to the Director and is focused on providing a high level of operational administration support, offering a varied scope of responsibilities across internal coordination and external liaison. This is an excellent career opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for supporting senior leadership.Key responsibilities of this pivotal role will include:
  • Manage the Directors’ mailbox and calendar which will include arranging appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, answering emails, etc.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports and any research ahead of meetings.
  • Improve and implement processes.
  • Coordinate all internal communications, assist with event management and any company wide meetings.
  • Support HR with documentation, compliance and onboarding duties.
  • Be the key point of contact for communication/queries.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role as a PA/EA.
  • Strong calendar and inbox management.
  • Exceptional organisation, communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working at board level and have an exceptional eye for detail along with great time management.  It would also be advantageous to possess some general Human Resources and compliance knowledge.This role offers a competitive salary and benefits, with hybrid working available once training is complete.You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.Due to the high volume of applications we receive it is not always possible to respond to unsuccessful applicants.
