Location: Andover (covering regional patch)

The Role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lead Chiller Engineer to join a well-established business supporting commercial and industrial sites. This role is ideal for a chiller specialist who enjoys technical work, mentoring others, and being the point of escalation for complex breakdowns.

Responsibilities

Service, repair and maintenance of chillers and associated HVAC systems
Fault finding on controls, electrics and refrigeration circuits
Leading and supporting a team of engineers (on site and remotely)
Managing complex breakdowns and acting as technical escalation
Ensuring compliance, paperwork completion and high standards
Working closely with management to improve service delivery

Requirements

Proven chiller engineering experience (essential)
Strong diagnostics and fault finding skills
FGAS qualification (essential)
Electrical knowledge and control systems experience beneficial
Full UK driving licence
Leadership / senior engineer background preferred
