This is a varied and interesting role in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for supporting a successful sales team in an administrative role.

Duties will include checking & authorising quotes produced by the sales team before they are sent out to clients to ensure accuracy alongside keeping databases & CRMS up to date & accurate. This is a fast-paced position & the ideal candidate will be dynamic in their approach, with high attention to detail. The ability to multitask is essential as is previous experience in a sales-based support role is essential. The ideal candidate will be from a Bathroom / trades supply background and be used to supporting a fast-paced sales team in a dynamic environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator or Salesperson who is skilled in the quotation process looking to work for a very successful market leading company in a Monday - Friday days-based role in Andover.

THE ROLE:

*Sales Support Administrator
*Work closely with the sales team to oversee accuracy of quotes before they are sent out to customers
*Utilising and updating the CRM & internal databases to produce accurate quotes, assessment of stock availability & pipeline predictions

THE PERSON:

*Highly experienced Sales Administrator looking for a fast-paced position with a fantastic local company
*Ideally from a bathroom or plumbing background however other sales support experience will be considered
*Familiar with overseeing the quotation processes to ensure accuracy
*Previous experience managing CRM systems and pipelines
*Dynamic, with strong business acumen and extremely high attention to detail
*A strong communicator who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced sales support role
