Quality Manager

Andover

Salary 40,000 - 45,000 DOE

Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm & Friday 8am - 3:30pm

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for quality assurance? Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure compliance with industry standards and foster a culture of excellence within their organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Department to ensure alignment with all standrads held within company
  • Collaborate with sales, purchasing, administration, and senior management teams to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain processes for the Quality Management System, including audits, documentation, and procedures
  • Ensure customer requirements are met, including compliance and legal standards
  • Conduct inspections of incoming goods and manage non-conformance's
  • Investigate product returns and manage the fault investigation process
  • Carry out necessary tests and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Provide technical support where required, relating to any quality matters
  • Conduct vendor assessments and support purchasing in setting quality requirements

About You:

  • Familiarity with technical drawings and a working knowledge of ISO 9002
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
  • Proactive and motivated by continuous improvement
  • A team player with strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong literacy and numeracy skills
