Quality Manager

Salary 40,000 - 45,000 DOE
Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm & Friday 8am - 3:30pm
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for quality assurance? Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure compliance with industry standards and foster a culture of excellence within their organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Department to ensure alignment with all standrads held within company
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, administration, and senior management teams to enhance operational effectiveness
- Establish and maintain processes for the Quality Management System, including audits, documentation, and procedures
- Ensure customer requirements are met, including compliance and legal standards
- Conduct inspections of incoming goods and manage non-conformance's
- Investigate product returns and manage the fault investigation process
- Carry out necessary tests and provide data-driven recommendations
- Provide technical support where required, relating to any quality matters
- Conduct vendor assessments and support purchasing in setting quality requirements
About You:
- Familiarity with technical drawings and a working knowledge of ISO 9002
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Proactive and motivated by continuous improvement
- A team player with strong leadership and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong literacy and numeracy skills
