Our client is seeking an Operations Manager.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Enhance inventory turnover and warehouse efficiency, ensure over stock accuracy, and optimise space utilisation.
• Transition operational staff to more efficient shift patterns, implement structured shift handovers, and monitor staff engagement.
• Manage inbound shipments with high accuracy, control outbound dispatches to achieve on-time delivery, and reduce processing time.
• Develop structured picking and dispatch processes, implement full traceability measures, and improve fulfilment tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and traceability processes.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Leadership experience in managing operational teams and workforce shifts.
