A leading electronics manufacturer based in Andover is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work on advanced manufacturing processes in a high-tech, mission-critical environment.

The Role

You’ll support production teams and senior engineers to ensure manufacturing processes run efficiently, meet quality standards, and support the delivery of high-performance electronic products. The role involves continuous improvement, hands-on problem solving, process optimisation, and support for new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day engineering activities and medium to long-term projects
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Train and mentor operators and junior engineers
Assist with process validation, documentation, and compliance
Support troubleshooting, quality investigations, and audits
Contribute to the introduction of new products and technologies

Requirements

Degree / HNC / HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline
Experience in a manufacturing, clean room or engineering environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of production processes and quality standards
Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally
