As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the efficient operation of the Lintel Yard, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time. You will manage stock control, maintain high standards of health and safety, and lead a team to meet performance targets. Your role will involve coordinating deliveries and managing relationships with both suppliers and customers. You will also work closely with the Operations Manager to execute inventory management activities, ensuring smooth operations throughout your shift.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.
Operations Supervisor Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar operations role.
- Proven track record in improving logistics operations regarding cost efficiency and delivery performance.
- Strong site management skills, with a focus on people management and staff motivation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexible working approach and eligibility to work in the UK.
