Our client is looking for an Engineering Administrator, where you will play a key role in scheduling and administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:- Serve as the main contact for visitors and deliveries.
- Schedule and monitor engineer appointments and service calls.
- Maintain and update scheduling and reporting systems.
- Prepare quotes and liaise with customers on upcoming jobs.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with the Finance team for stock takes.
- Handle calls and correspondence, maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Enforce office policies and procedures.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and reporting systems.
