Engineering Administrator

Our client is looking for an Engineering Administrator, where you will play a key role in scheduling and administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the main contact for visitors and deliveries.
  • Schedule and monitor engineer appointments and service calls.
  • Maintain and update scheduling and reporting systems.
  • Prepare quotes and liaise with customers on upcoming jobs.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with the Finance team for stock takes.
  • Handle calls and correspondence, maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Enforce office policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and reporting systems.
