Red Recruitment is recruiting an Administrator to join our high-profile, high-quality, leading employer in Andover.

You will be working through a high volume of customer enquiries, where you will be required to check the database to ensure that customer documents are correct.

The hourly rate is £12.60 per hour.

You should be confident with using systems and be available to start immediately.

Package for an Administrator:

  • Salary: £12.60 per hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week (shorter working day on Fridays)
  • Contract Type: Temporary (4 weeks)
  • Location: Andover
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Free onsite parking
  • This is a fully office-based role and you must be able to work on-site every day

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

  • Checking the database to ensure that the Power of Attorney and Birth Certificate documents are all present
  • Emailing customers with updates regarding checking the documents
  • Confirming and arranging with the customer an appropriate pickup time
  • Ensuring empathy is provided at all times due to the nature of the task

Key Skills and Experience of an Administrator:

  • Previous administration experience is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You should be able to communicate with people of different levels, ensuring empathy is provided when speaking with customers
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • You should be confident with using various systems
