Are you a detail-oriented professional fluent in German, looking for an exciting opportunity in the healthcare industry? Our client is seeking a German Speaking Tender Contracts and Pricing Administrator to support their Operations on a temporary basis. This remote role offers flexible hours and is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment!
About the Role:
In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing tender, contract, and pricing processes across markets. Your expertise will ensure compliance and operational excellence while collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational tasks
- Maintain contracts and communicate effectively
- Conduct monthly reviews of expired pricing and agreements
- Resolve pricing discrepancies and work to reduce errors
- Support customer data portals (HCDP) and other platforms
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Provide regular reporting to the EMEA Operations Manager
- Assist with ad hoc projects across the region
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Fluency in German and English (verbal and written) - language testing may apply
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Oracle, Power BI, and Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in finance or procurement is beneficial but not essential
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver high service standards

Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary (3-6 months)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-17:15 (Flexible)
- Pay Rate: 19.23 per hour
