In this role, you’ll be carrying out functional testing, programming, and assembly of customer products using bench-top equipment and test software. You’ll be fault-finding to component level, setting up ATE test racks, and working to strict customer specifications to ensure products meet the highest standards. You’ll also play a key role in investigating returns, monitoring yield performance, and feeding back solutions to improve processes.
Starting salary from £25,065 per annum (increasing after probation) with great weekday hours: Monday–Thursday 08:30–17:00, Friday 08:30–15:30.
What do you need?

GCSE standard education (or equivalent)

Previous product testing and fault-finding experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of standard test equipment such as oscilloscopes

Computer literacy and ability to follow technical instructions

Fine assembly skills using tools and microscopes

Strong teamwork and communication skills
It would be great if you also have:
-
Experience testing PCBs in an RF environment

Knowledge of RF test equipment (spectrum/network analysers)

Electronics qualification or equivalent

Hand soldering skills
