This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager, or a strong supervisor keen to step up, to support the manager in a busy, well established venue - working straight daytime shifts only, with no evenings ever!
The role:
As Assistant Restaurant Manageryou will oversee the day-to-day operation of this busy, quality and customer service led restaurant. You'll lead from the front - ensuring smooth service, inspiring your team, and maintaining the highest standards of food, service and presentation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing all daily restaurant operations alongside the manager
  • Helping to control labour, stock, budgets and costs to achieve financial targets
  • Training, and supervising the team to deliver excellent service
  • Leading from the front in all areas of the business - including hands-on support in service and occasionally in the kitchen
  • Maintaining high operational standards
  • Delivering consistently outstanding customer service
About you:
We're looking for someone with:
  • Experience as an assistantRestaurant, Cafe, Food-led Pub, or Coffee Shop Manager
  • A background in busy quality fresh food operations
  • An understanding of cost controls
  • Excellent supervisory, coaching and organisation
  • A hands-on approach and keen attention to detail
  • A positive and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • IT literacy and confidence with systems and processes
