Are you an experienced Lift Service professional looking to take the next step into management, improve service delivery, and help drive business growth?

On offer is the chance to lead a service team at a growing and forward-thinking company, where you'll shape the service function, work with cutting-edge predictive maintenance software, and influence strategic decisions from day one.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and reputable independent provider of lifts. The company is seeking an experienced Lift Service Manager or an experienced Lift Engineer with leadership experience to strengthen and enhance its service operations.

You'll lead and develop a small, close-knit service department-supporting engineers, improving processes, and delivering excellent customer experience. You'll also play a key role in the integration of smart diagnostics software and contribute to the company's long-term growth ambitions.

This role would suit an experienced Lift Engineer or Service Supervisor ready to step into management-or a current Service Manager-looking for ownership, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact.

The Role:

The Candidate:

  • Lift Industry Expert - Several years' experience in lift servicing and maintenance.
