Housing Manger Required

Venn Group are proud to be supporting a leading housing association recruit for Housing Manger for 6 months
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Increasing customer satisfaction within neighbourhoods and promoting improvements
- Delivering good and safe landlord services
- Leading the housing team, ensuring the best from each member
- Liaising with external agencies and stakeholders to develop and nurture relationship
- Investigating complaints about service failures
- Leading operational housing and tenancy management delivery
- Supporting the head of housing with regular review off policies and procedures
- Monitoring staff performance and conducting appraisals
- Looking after delegated budgets and ensuring they are focused on areas of highest priority
- Establishing, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, contractors, external agencies and colleagues in other departments to ensure an integrated contribution to the company objectives
- Conducting detailed investigations to health and safety incidents
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience is a relevant role
- Enhanced DBS on Update System
- Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own car
