Housing Manger Required

Venn Group are proud to be supporting a leading housing association recruit for Housing Manger for 6 months

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Increasing customer satisfaction within neighbourhoods and promoting improvements
  • Delivering good and safe landlord services
  • Leading the housing team, ensuring the best from each member
  • Liaising with external agencies and stakeholders to develop and nurture relationship
  • Investigating complaints about service failures
  • Leading operational housing and tenancy management delivery
  • Supporting the head of housing with regular review off policies and procedures
  • Monitoring staff performance and conducting appraisals
  • Looking after delegated budgets and ensuring they are focused on areas of highest priority
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, contractors, external agencies and colleagues in other departments to ensure an integrated contribution to the company objectives
  • Conducting detailed investigations to health and safety incidents

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience is a relevant role
  • Enhanced DBS on Update System
  • Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own car
