The Role

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating care schedules and managing rotas

  • Matching carers to clients based on needs, skills, and availability

  • Supporting care staff with day-to-day queries

  • Communicating with clients, families, and professionals

  • Responding to changes, emergencies, and last-minute cover

  • Ensuring accurate records and compliance with care standards

  • Supporting the Registered Manager with administrative tasks

  • Experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or care environment (preferred)
