Personnel Selection are pleased to be working with this fantastic employer, based in Andover Hampshire. We are looking for a number of Call Handlers to join a busy Customer Services Department working weekends.
The department is operational between 8:30am and 8:30pm Saturday and Sunday. You may wish to work the full shifts, or have a preference on other start and finish times within the rota - whatever your preference within these hours, please do let me know.Â
The role will involve taking incoming calls and responding accordingly. This is a fast-paced environment and we require people who are naturally service focused, empathetic, resilient and capable of multi-tasking.
You must have a clear telephone manner and good listening skills, alongside good working knowledge of MS Office and a willingness to learn new processes.Â
This is an ongoing temporary role and you will be paid weekly.
