Part Time Site Administrator

Regarding Part time: Can look at 4 days Mon – Thurs 4 hours per day - Can look at 2 days a week
As a Site Administrator, you will provide support to the Commercial Manager and Project Manager to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner, with attention to detail.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
> Preparation and submission of timesheets
> Maintain holiday trackers
> Liaison with the training coordinator to book training
> Raise purchase requisitions and tracking orders
> Collation of hours and material costs
> Input into valuation spreadsheets and invoicing
> Upkeep of records necessary to maintain industry accreditations

The ideal candidate for the role will have a proactive, flexible approach to their workload, while supporting and inspiring others to work in accordance with our clients’ values and code of business conduct.
Essential:
> A proven record of working in administration
> Computer literate
> Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
> able to pass Security Clearance
Desirable:
> NVQ3 Business Administration
> GCSE Maths and English
> ERP Systems, I.E SAP, Oracle
