Tired of production line work? Want a role where your press brake skills actually matter? We’re looking for a Press Brake Setter/Operator to join a leading prototyping and development manufacturing business in Nuneaton. If you’ve got experience with fabrication or welding, that’s a nice bonus—but the core of this role is all about expert press brake work on bespoke, one-off components.

What’s in it for you?

  • Up to £18 per hour depending on experience
  • Day shifts only – No nights, no weekends, no nonsense
  • Work on unique, low-volume projects – no batch work
  • Develop your skills in a team that values craftsmanship and precision
  • Be part of a high-spec operation serving automotive, aerospace, and construction sectors

The Role:
You’ll be setting and operating press brakes to produce precision parts for prototype and one-off builds. Working from drawings, you’ll adjust tools and settings to achieve the exact bend angles, dimensions, and tolerances needed. You’ll take pride in working to a high standard, and while you won’t be fabricating or welding day-to-day, experience in those areas is welcomed.

If you’re someone who enjoys doing things right the first time, who thrives on technical challenge and variation, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong press brake setting and operating experience
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Great attention to detail and a methodical mindset
  • A background in fabrication or welding? That’s a bonus
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for producing quality work

About the Company:
This business is known for its bespoke, high-end metalwork, working on challenging projects across a range of sectors. They value quality over quantity and are looking for people who take pride in what they do. You’ll be joining a tight-knit team where your input and expertise make a real difference.
