The Role
Were looking for aSous Chefwho wants to cook with flair, creativity and integrity. Someone who enjoys a changing menu, takes pride in what they can create, and relishes working in a close-knit kitchen where everyones ideas matter.
Youll work alongside our Head Chef to:
- Run the kitchen in their absence
- Lead preparation and service across all sections
- Assist with menu development and seasonal dish creation
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation and stock control
- Train and support junior chefs
- Contribute to a collaborative and respectful workplace
