Salary: 35,000-45,000 + Benefits

I'm working with a respected acoustics and environmental consultancy that's looking to hire an Acoustic Consultant for its expanding Belfast office. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a diverse workload of building acoustics and environmental noise projects across the UK and Ireland, while working within a supportive, well-established team.

You'll play a key role in delivering acoustic input across residential, commercial, education, industrial and infrastructure schemes-helping shape effective, sustainable design solutions from the early concept stage right through to completion.

• 35,000-45,000 (DOE)

• Deliver building acoustics design and environmental noise assessments

• Complete noise and vibration surveys, modelling and detailed analysis

• Produce high-quality technical reports and documentation

• Work closely with clients, planners and multidisciplinary design teams

• Support business development and provide guidance to junior staff

• Degree in Acoustics, Physics or related discipline

• 2-5 years' experience in building or environmental acoustics

• Proficient with modelling software such as SoundPLAN, CadnaA, INSUL, CATT or Odeon

• Solid understanding of UK standards/guidance (BS4142, BS8233, ProPG, etc.)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• IOA membership (or working towards it)

• Full UK driving licence
