Location: Rathenraw Industrial Estate, Antrim | Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm | Salary: £30,000–£35,000 profit share bonus scheme

A leading provider of healthcare solutions, known for exceptional customer service, high-quality products, and an outstanding reputation in the industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Antrim. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the sales team and management in daily operations.
  • Managing an online ordering system to ensure accurate orders and customer incentives.
  • Handling administrative tasks, including order processing, picking slips, and customer records.
  • Overseeing the full sales order process and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
  • Maintaining the CRM system and generating weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Conducting monthly outbound calls to nurture customer relationships.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for sales staff as required.
  • Assisting management with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
