Pay rate: 12.21 Per Hour.
Contract: Various start dates in August and September. The initial contract will run until the end of 2025 however there could be a possibility of contract extension.
Shifts: 37.5 Hours per week working between the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday. However flexibility may be required to work out with these hours if required.
Day in the life as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Booking appointments
- Resolving customers queries
- Complaint handling
- Updating customers personal details
What we are looking for in a Customer Service Advisor:
