As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to overcome addiction and achieve a healthier, more fulfilling life.About the Role:As a Recovery Practitioner, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualised support and guidance to individuals struggling with addiction. Your primary focus will be on helping clients to develop the skills and strategies necessary to maintain their recovery and achieve their personal goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized recovery plans for clients
  • Provide one-to-one support and guidance to clients, including goal setting and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in recovery support
Requirements:
